Mon., June 7 from 5:30-7:30pm at GHS
Forms are available in the front office. 
Please note:  student's health history and parent signature are required for physical to be given!

June 3rd- 8th Grade Recognition Ceremony in Auditorium at 1 PM

 

  

SCHOOL PHYSICAL EXAMS

Must be turned in to school office

 

BEFORE

 

Students may come to school for grades K, 6th and 9th

 

APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED

 

2010 school year, physicals must be dated August 2009 or after

Wednesday, August 4th

11:00 am - 7:00 pm

 

Thursday, August 5th

11:00 - 7:00

 

Friday, August 6th

9:00 am - 4:00 pm

 

Monday, August 16

1st Day of School

(1/2 day attendance)
